Child Safety Standards
Swiss Date standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation.
Adults only
Swiss Date is intended only for people who are 18 or older. Accounts believed to belong to minors can be reported through the in-app reporting tools.
Prohibited conduct
Swiss Date has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation, including child sexual abuse material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or attempts to sexualize or exploit minors.
Report and block
Users can report another user and select the underage reporting category when appropriate. Users can also block another user to stop further interaction.
Reports are available to the Swiss Date moderation team for review and enforcement.
Enforcement
Confirmed violations can result in content removal, suspension, account termination, and other safety actions. Information may be preserved or reported to appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations when required or permitted by applicable law.
