Swiss Date Terms of Use
The rules that apply when you use Swiss Date.
Last updated: 28 August 2026
1. Eligibility and account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to use the service. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and maintain only one personal account unless we expressly approve otherwise. You are responsible for activity on your account.
2. Acceptable use
Use Swiss Date respectfully and lawfully. Harassment, threats, hate, impersonation, scams, spam, sexual exploitation, non-consensual intimate content, illegal content, scraping, reverse engineering, and attempts to bypass security are prohibited. Full safety rules are in our Community Guidelines.
3. User content
You retain rights in content you submit. You grant Swiss Date a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process, display, and moderate that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms or create a safety risk.
4. Matches and interactions
A match is not an endorsement, identity verification, guarantee of compatibility, or promise of an offline relationship. Verify details independently, meet in public places, and report suspicious conduct. Swiss Date is not responsible for off-platform interactions.
5. Paid features
Premium features and subscriptions are purchased through Apple or Google where offered. Prices, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the applicable store and the Billing and Refund Policy.
6. Suspension and termination
We may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate access when necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or a breach of these terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time using the deletion instructions.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Swiss Date reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available and Swiss Date is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the service or law changes. We will publish the new version and update the date above. Questions can be sent to support@swissdate.app.
